Accommodations:
An accommodation business must provide, at a minimum:
- 15 units of overnight accommodation
- Access to reception check-in service 24 hours a day
- Lockable door to each unit
- Phone service within each unit
- Restroom with hot/cold running water, bath and/or shower within each unit
Food:
A food business must provide at a minimum:
- Indoor seating for 20
- Food service, opening no later than 11:00 a.m. and operational for at least 10 hours per day, 7 days a week
- Access to a public telephone
- Access to public restrooms
- Located within 10 kilometres or less from the primary point of intersections to your business
Fuel:
A fuel business must provide, at a minimum:
- Fuel, oil, water and pressurized air
- Continuous service, opening no later than 7:00 a.m. and closing no earlier than 11:00 p.m.
- Reasonable access to a public telephone
- Access to public restrooms
- Located within 10 kilometres or less from the primary point of intersections to your business
