Tourism Hamilton is actively recruiting new volunteers who will illustrate civic pride and promote the city and host visitors from across Ontario, Canada and the World.
As a Tourism Hamilton volunteer you will:
- Welcome and interact with visitors
- Share your passion and knowledge for the city and province
- Support an engaging industry in Hamilton
- Gain experience, new skills and knowledge
- Receive customer service training

- Visitor Centre at the Lister Block
- Tourism and City Wide Events
- Administration and Technology
- Transportation Services
- Lady Hamilton Ambassador
