Publication of Banko Photographic’s images – Conditions of Use

1. Images in this library can be used only for non-commercial tourism marketing purposes and must reflect objectives of Tourism Hamilton’s strategic and marketing plans
   
2. Images cannot be distorted or altered other than basic necessary colour modification and sizing
   
3. Banko Photographic and Tourism Hamilton must receive print credit for the images where possible
