The City of Hamilton reserves the right to delete user accounts that violate the Terms and Conditions. It may also delete accounts for administrative or security reasons or if the accounts are inactive. Final provisionsThe City of Hamilton reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the operation of the Tourism Hamilton blog in whole or in part. The site is not a service for hosting or storing your personal photos, videos or stories. You must therefore store your original files, including photos and videos, on another archival format as they cannot be retrieved or downloaded from the site.
